Beach Access Jordan Lake

Jordan lake state recreation area is a collective of nine access areas scattered around the shoreline of this undeveloped 14 000 acre reservoir.

Beach access jordan lake. More than 1 000 campsites among five of the access areas offer a range of outdoor experience from rv hookups to primitive tent camping and group camps. All other boat ramps are open during park hours and visitors must exit the park before the park s closing time. There are seven swim beaches in the recreation area and a number of boating ramps with some swim areas and ramps reserved for campers. This beautiful park facility includes a sandy beach docks public swim area an enclosed picnic pavilion and restrooms a playground and shaded picnic areas.

The ramps at ebenezer church and robeson creek are open 24 hours. Four swim beaches at jordan. The beach and park area is used by 300 500 people on weekdays and sometimes in excess of 500 people on the weekends. Each recreation area has boat launching ramps providing easy entry to the water.

These ramps provide easy access to the waters of jordan lake. We had site b022 an like most if not all of the sites it was huge. All other ramps are open during park operating hours. All have showers and change areas bathrooms playgrounds for kids.

Water safety remains a key issue at jordan closely supervise children and be sure they have personal floatation devices pfds when they are in or near the water. Boat ramps and courtesy docks located at ebenezer church and robeson creek recreation areas are open 24 hours per day. Jordan lake has four sandy public swim beaches ebenezer parkers creek seaforth day use areas. There are 11 boat ramp locations located throughout the jordan lake state recreation area.

I really like how all of the campsites at jordan lake are spread out from one another not crammed together.
